Privacy Policy

Alpine Media Technology, Inc. ("AMT" "us," or "we"), the developer of the Mohawk Mountain Ski Area mobile app, is committed to protecting your privacy. AMT has prepared this Privacy Policy to describe to you, or if you represent an entity or other organization, that entity or organization, (in either case, "you" or "User") our practices regarding the information that AMT collects regarding your use of our mobile applications (the "Application"). AMT reserves the right, at anytime, to modify this Privacy Policy. If we make revisions that change the way we collect, use, or share information, we will post those changes in this Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you keep up to date on our most current policies and practices. We will note the effective date of the latest version of our Privacy Policy at the end of this Privacy Policy.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION. AMT collects information that we may receive from you, such as your device information. We may collect information about the mobile device or computer you use to access the Application, including without limitation the IP address, hardware model, operating system and version, browser type, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

We may also collect information about the location of your device. This includes:
- Precise location data (e.g., GPS-based) when you grant permission through your device settings.
- Approximate location data derived from IP address or network information.
This information helps us provide location-based services (e.g. carpool rewards) and content relevant to your interests.

2. USE OF INFORMATION. AMT's primary purpose in collecting device information is to provide you with content, services, and products that match your interests. AMT may also use information about you for various purposes, including without limitation to: (a) conduct research and analysis; (b) send Users materials, updates, and information regarding the Application; (c) Provide location-based services, content, and recommendations tailored to your current location; (d) Enhance the functionality and user experience of the Application by utilizing location data.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION. AMT does not share your information with third parties to directly market to you, but we may market to you on behalf of such third parties that would like to send you information about their products and services. AMT may share your information with our business partners that we work with to co-promote or distribute the Application. AMT may also disclose your information to service providers for the purposes of operating our business, delivering, improving, and customizing our content, services, or products, sending marketing and communications related to our business, payment processing, and for other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.

4. USER CHOICES AND CONTROLS. You have control over your location data. You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings. Disabling location services may limit certain functionalities of the Application that rely on location data.

5. DATA RETENTION. AMT retains the information we collect only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide you with the Application and its services, to conduct research and analysis, to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. The length of time we retain information depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Location data used to deliver real-time, location-based services is retained only for as long as needed to provide those services, after which it is deleted or aggregated into a form that no longer identifies you. When information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we will delete, anonymize, or aggregate it, except where we are required to retain it to comply with applicable law.

6. DATA DELETION AND YOUR RIGHTS. You may request that AMT delete the personal information we have collected about you. To submit a data deletion request, please email us at support@alpinemediatech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," or write to us at the address listed in the Communications section below. So that we can locate and delete the correct information, please include enough detail to identify your account or your use of the Application (for example, the email address or device associated with the Application). We will acknowledge and process your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we may retain certain information where we are permitted or required to do so by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, or completing a transaction you requested. You may also disable location services at any time through your device settings as described above.

7. OTHER WEBSITES. This Privacy Policy does not apply to web sites or applications offered by other organizations that may be displayed as content on the Application. AMT encourages you to read the privacy policy of any third party web site or applications before transmitting personal information.

9. SUBSCRIBER ACCESS (Coro Health). The purchaser acknowledges that the subscription permits access to the content exclusively for the campus of the registered facility, defined as a single physical address potentially encompassing multiple levels of care. Distribution or sharing of login credentials with individuals or other facilities outside the registered campus is strictly prohibited. Any such unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this agreement and an infringement of copyright laws.
